Our Gulf Coast captains are located in the Big Bend area, Steinhatchee, Cedar Key, Yankeetown,
Crystal River, Homosassa, Chassahowitzka, Hernando Beach, Naples, Key Largo and Islamorada.
These areas of the Gulf of Mexico are known for great salt water fishing experiences. Our guides

Scalloping Charters and Scallop Trips on the Nature Coast
For a few months out of the year you can enjoy scalloping. Scallops are fun to catch and even better
to eat. The bay scallops found on the Nature Coast (Steinhatchee, Cedar Key, Yankeetown, Crystal
River, Homosassa, Chassahowitzka, and Hernando Beach) are members of the shellfish family.
Scallop spawning occurs at 1 year of age and in the fall, when the weather is cool. Unfortunately, only
1 egg out of 12 million will survive to live a full life, and in Florida they usually only live 1 year. We
have scallop charters in Steinhatchee, Crystal River and Homosassa. We recommend trying a half
day of scalloping and a half day of inshore fishing. Scallops and Trout, Snook or Redfish always
make a tasty meal.

Fresh Water Bass Crappie and Catfish Charters
Florida has some great Bass, Catfish and Crappie fishing lakes and rivers in the states. My favorites
are Lake Rousseau and the Withlacoochee River located in Central Florida. In the Keys or South
Florida you want to try The Everglades, Lake Okeechobee, and Lake Surprise.
